University of the Creative Arts - Testimonial

  • Jul 27, 2017

1998 when we initially implemented Agresso we were The Surrey Institute of Art & Design (SIAD).

“Integra Associates have remained an integral part of our U4BW team, assisting on both major projects and smaller ad-hoc issues, changes and fixes.

Shortly after the merger between SIAD and Kent Institute of Art & Design we contacted Integra Associates again, this time inviting them to guide and help us with our Purchase to Pay project. They have remained an integral part of our U4BW team since then, assisting on both major projects and smaller ad-hoc issues, changes and fixes.

The University has benefited from the consistency of a single Lead Consultant (Ted Wright) from Integra over the past 7 years. We consider Ted to be a vital member of the team; his presence gives us access to the right skillsets, allowing us to learn from him whilst benefiting from his (and his colleagues) vast experience and knowledge. The consistency has been particularly important as we are able to focus on what needs to be done without having explain our set up and vagaries each time a consultant arrives.

During our last major U4BW upgrade we had specific and difficult issues to resolve, primarily caused by the major restructure & relocation of our in-house IT Team. We had decided to use Integra’s Technical resource this time as well as Applications consultancy and this proved essential in ensuring that the upgrade was successfully completed.

The advice, skills and support that we received from their technical consultant were superb including him spending time outside standard working hours without which we would not have completed the project on time. We have always found that our projects are delivered in time and on budget when working with Integra Associates.”
