Welcoming Kirsty; the latest recruit to our Service Desk Team

Our Service Desk team goes from strength to strength. New Starter Kirsty Graham brings the number of dedicated Integra service desk personnel to eight, currently supporting 23 clients, and backed by a further 40 Integra Agresso team members.

Kirsty's Agresso experience started at RAC Motoring Services as a credit controller. There she progressed to a Business Process Analyst role, and further still to a Systems Accountant Team member.

Kirsty joins us from Parsons Brinkerhoff, where she handled 2nd and 3rd line support incidents supporting PCB, Financials, All workflows, P2P, planner, AR and Excelertor/-post back. Kirsty was also involved in many internal projects including a key role in the Milestone 6 upgrade.

To accommodate our growing team we have now moved to The Penthouse 11th floor, 3 Manchester Piccadilly, from where as G-Cloud7 and DOS 2 providers, we continue to deliver our market leading Service Desk offering, which includes:

More about Kirsty

Kirsty keeps fit in her spare time and attempts the Manchester 10k run every year (usually in fancy dress) with her dad to raise money for Leukaemia research. So as well as fitting in well with Integra's fundraising culture, she will be an asset for the Manchester office in some of our interoffice challenges planned for later in the year.
