Name: Kirsty Graham
Position: Unit4 Business World (Agresso) Consultant
Experience: Kirsty started her career working at RAC motoring service as a Call Centre Advisor, before she worked her way up to be part of the Systems Accountant team and the system lead on a number of projects. During this time, she held a number of operational and support roles including Credit Controller, Data Analyst and Business Process Analyst.
Kirsty first moved into an application support role nearly three years ago, although she has been working with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) for around ten years in a range of different capacities.
Kirsty has experience in providing end-user training, and recently presented to the Higher Education Special Interest Group as part of the Unit4 Connect Conference 2017 activities.
Football team: Manchester United
Favourite bands: The Libertines, Amanda Palmer, The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Kirsty recently ticked two things of her bucket list by seeing The Rolling Stones and then The Libertines in concert.
Favourite authors: Neil Gaiman, Donna Tartt and Patti Smith. Her favourite book is Der Vorleser (The Reader) by Bernard Schlink though, which she first read whilst studying German.
Pets: Kirsty is a self-confessed crazy cat lady, having always lived in a household with more pets than people.
Hobbies: Kirsty often goes to craft events, where she admits she is generally 30 years younger than all of the other attendees.
