Integra's Structured Implementation Methodology (ISIM)
Integra’s Structured Implementation Methodology (ISIM) is based on a traditional ‘waterfall’ approach that is controlled by a series of checkpoints and gateways, which are underpinned by responsibility and ownership requiring review, approval and authorisation before progression from one stage to the next.
We have a tried and tested approach to payroll acceptance testing, as well as a strong track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
Projects are run in line with quality standard ISO9001, and are managed in accordance with the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology. Our approach to user acceptance testing has been developed in line with the IEEE 829-2008 standards for software testing. Supported by a raft of template documents, ISIM is a proven method of implementing or upgrading Unit4 Business World (Agresso) ERP systems.
